Commercial and Account Manager

Job description:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients to enhance their satisfaction and trust
• Maintain a deep understanding of company's product portfolio
• Identify growth opportunities within clients accounts and negotiate to secure favorable commercial agreements and maximize clients' potential
• Work closely with internal teams to align commercial initiatives with overall business objectives 
• Ensure and oversee the prompt and efficient delivery of products and services to clients, taking into account clients' expectations
• Address and resolve client concerns, challenges and escalations in a timely manner
• Monitor and analyze market trends, industry development and clients' performance
• Analyze revenue potential and track key performance metrics
• Develop and manage commercial budget plans and strategies, ensuring their accurate execution and financial alignment on a monthly basis
• Prepare comprehensive commercial reports, including performance analyses and strategic recommendations
• Take ownership of achieving set targets and business objectives

Candidate profile:

• University Degree (preferable Finance/Accounting)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in Project Management
• Good English skills (level B2)
• Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
• Team spirit and motivation
