Customer Experience Specialist (part time) 

Based in Thessaloniki

Responsibilities: 

• Guide customers through the delivery process
• Verify cash payments, secure approvals for car loan financing, and liaise with financial institutions to complete transactions
• Ensure a smooth and seamless experience during the physical handover of vehicles at the delivery location
• Actively address customer inquiries and requests, providing solutions and feedback to ensure their immediate satisfaction

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with financing and payment processes (experience in this area is a plus)
• Previous experience in customer service or product delivery is an advantage
