Receptionist (Fixed-term)

We are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist to work on a fixed term contract during March.

As a Receptionist some of your tasks may include:

• greeting guests and visitors and directing them to the appropriate colleagues
• handling incoming/outgoing correspondence
• answering phone lines and relaying messages
• ensuring the smooth operation of the reception desk

The requirements for the Receptionist role are:

• bachelor's degree
• excellent MS Office skills
• excellent written and oral communication skills of the Greek and English language
• Previous experience will be an asset
