You are responsible for:
- Develop
and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for engineering and
permitting activities
- Coordinate
with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, environmental,
regulatory, and construction, to align project goals and schedules
- Lead the
technical review of engineering plans, specifications, and drawings to
ensure accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with codes and standards
- Develop a
permitting strategy that aligns with project timelines and objectives
- Prepare,
review, and submit permit applications to regulatory agencies, ensuring
accuracy and completeness
- Identify,
assess, and mitigate technical and regulatory risks associated with
engineering and permitting
- Liaise
with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and
community groups, to maintain positive relationships and transparent
communication
- Monitor
and report on budget expenditures related to engineering and permitting
tasks
- Identify
opportunities to streamline engineering and permitting processes,
improving efficiency and reducing time to project completion
- Contribute
to company-wide sustainability goals by identifying opportunities for
environmentally friendly practices within engineering and permitting tasks
Your Education & Qualifications are:
- BSc in
Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- MSc or
Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly preferred
- 8-10 years
work experience in engineering, permitting, or project management within
the construction, or environmental sectors
- Strong
understanding of construction processes, environmental regulations,
permitting processes, and engineering standards

Proficiency in project
management software, Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Civil 3D
You are a professional with:
- Excellent leadership and team
management skills
- Ability to read and interpret
blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and
interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
