Trenkwalder for it's client a multinational automotive company is seeking an experienced Distribution & Ordering Coordinator.
What you will do
This position is
the backbone of Commercial daily Operations and includes support and implementation in the areas of Claims,
Distribution and Ordering. In this role you will be responsible for proactive
management of Commercial Process, ensuring smooth flaws, meeting internal and
external deadlines, and foremost respecting the commitments to our partners
(e.g. in the Claims process) and authorities (e.g. customs clearance). As Process
Owner you are responsible for staying connected to stakeholders internally and
informing other departments of support needed (e.g. Area Managers or Finance).
Distribution & Ordering
- Responsible for day-to-day Commercial
Operations
- Coordinate, plan and
execute Local Transportation Processes
- Provide
local compound, customs suppliers/authorities and dealers with relevant
information and documentation throughout the process
- Handle change
of vehicle ownership: Customs Clearance, Registration of Certificate Ownership
(CC), including COC (Certificate of Conformity)
- Monitor
the overall ordering system and facilitate with relevant updates and actions
- Contact cross-functional
teams/local suppliers and
address authorized retailers’ inquiries to resolve equivalent issues and/or
queries arising throughout the processes
- Follow
up and report on Homologation issues
Claims processing
- Implement
claims process (update the relevant system, perform checks, suggest
improvements, monitor and implement commercial policies)
- As process owner
you are expected to identify improvement areas, always seeking efficiency and
effectiveness improvements. Being the process expert, you have a close
dialogue with colleagues from digital looking for, planning and executing
process improvements with digital support. You are also coordinating the
improvements steps with other internal (VCH) members and/or external partners.
- As part on any process update or change, you are
responsible for updating the Retailers Operations Handbook, ensuring the
circulation of it, and having the main responsibility in supporting in
implementation of the process changes/updates (acting as first tine support
towards the retailers).
