Περιγραφή

Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a global company in Money transfer services, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

 

Helpdesk Agent (fixed-term contract) (code: S- 722: 73991)

 

Job Description

·       Responds to requests for technical assistance via phone or electronically

·       Diagnoses and resolves technical hardware and software issues

·       Advises users on appropriate action

·       Installs and supports POS equipment via phone

 

 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

·       Degree in Information Technology

·       Strong experience of Microsoft Operating systems (XP, Vista, 2000, Win7, Win 10) and Internet Explorer config features

·       Knowledge of Java and major antivirus apps will be an asset

·       Excellent English and Greek communication skills

·       Understanding of relationships between hardware and applications

·       Work experience in customer service will be an asset

·       customer service orientation

·       problem- solving ability
