Anemelia Mykonos is a brand-new eclectic boutique hotel, featuring a Restaurant with Pool Bar, a modern cave Spa and 20 private pool suites with amazing sea and island views above Elia beach, Mykonos.

Are you a passionate individual Bartender with people centric philosophy and proven Coffee and Cocktail knowledge? We are looking forward to meet you!

• Minimum experience of 2 years in a high-end restaurant or 5* Hotel
• Excellent command of Greek and English language (additional languages will be considered an asset)
• Excellent communication skills
• Certificate of hygiene rules (HACCP)
• Certificate of Bar seminar will be considered an asset
• Knowledge of wines will be considered an asset
• Knowledge of POS, preferably (PYLON PMS, MS OFFICE)
• Guest friendly mentality
