Restaurant Manager
High-end hospitality group, Lesante Collection Luxury Resorts & Villas, is comprised of the three five-star luxury hotels on the island of Zakynthos representing a trilogy of exceptional hospitality and absolute comfort for all. Key responsibilities:
- Organize and lead all the restaurant operations, activities and schedule
- Respond to requests or complaints, with customer-oriented approach
- Oversee storage, check the quality of the products, order supplies
- Ensure that all the health and safety regulations are kept, as well as the hygiene and sanitation
- Training and motivate the employees, evaluate their performance
- Monitor operational costs
