Position Scope
To ensure that we, along with our network of partners, provide efficient, prompt, and professional services that meet and exceed our guests’ expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operates the Mitsis Concierge platform
- Understands customer’s needs and provides personalized solutions regarding activities, facilities and services provided by the hotel
- Acts as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to the wishes and requirements
- Collaborates with reception staff to meet guests' needs
- Optimizes revenue through sales of concierge services
