Beach Waiter / Waitress: The Beach Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience in a premium beachside setting. This role requires excellent service standards, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs in a relaxed yet upscale environment. A warm, attentive, and professional approach is essential to ensure guests enjoy a seamless and memorable beachfront experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
  
• Serve orders efficiently to guests on sunbeds and cabanas.
  
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests or issues.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the beach area and service stations.
  
• Stay knowledgeable about the menu and daily specials.
  
• Ensure high hygiene and safety standards at all times.
  
• Support setup and breakdown of the beach area as needed.
  
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality Management or Customer Service Certificate
• Previous experience as a waiter in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Previous experience in beach, poolside, or outdoor hospitality service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina; able to carry trays and walk on sand comfortably.
• Flexible with work schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service.
