Head Waiter / Waitress (Α' σερβις εστιατορίου - πρωινή βάρδια)

Mykonos Bay Resort & Villas is an art-desiged luxury beach resort in Mykonos, just a breath away from the city center with a dreamy scenery along with the most breathtaking sunset views. The white-washed property is the epitome of Mykonian architecture. The authentic Greek hospitality on the island of Mykonos all around the pool, beach and restaurant area of the beachfront resort.

We are looking for passionate individuals with hospitality background for the role of the Head Waiter/Waitress at Mykonos Bay Resort & Villas for the Summer Season 2025. The restaurant is called "Karavas" with a la carte breakfast and all day lunch menu. Please send us an updated CV with a recent photo.

Qualifications:

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in a la carte breakfast, buffet breakfast, all day dining in luxury resorts or boutique hotels
• Previous role in 4 & 5 star hotel as a Head Waiter or a Captain will be a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure, stand long hours in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to interact with multicultural guests and team members
• Basic Knowledge of wine, spirits and coffee
• Good Knowledge of Greek Cuisine and food service
• Tourism & Hospitality seminars or related certification is beneficial
• Excellent knowledge of English language, any other language will be considered as a plus
