LeadCompass on behalf of a Leading Bank is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Business Development & Product Innovation.
The role requires the successful candidate to be based at the bank's headquarters in Sofia, Bulgaria (On – site)

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development and implementation of internal workflows within the bank specifically designed to acquire and service Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients.
- Collaborating with the Bank’s Branch Network to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, to develop innovative banking products and services tailored to the needs of business clients.
- Reviewing and updating bank policies and procedures, including instructions and documents.
- Managing the creation, coordination, and participation in events for business and marketing purposes.
- Compiling proposals to streamline internal procedures for achieving high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate project updates and insights to internal stakeholders (Central Management, Branch network, Head Office, and Bank Holdings) across various organizational levels through presentations and active participation in interdepartmental meetings and collaborative projects.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- Very good command of English and Greek languages
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Professional demeanor that fosters trust and encourages collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- Previous experience working collaboratively with clients in the areas of meeting organization, corporate service delivery, data analysis, and process management will be considered a strong asset.
- Previous experience in business positions in other financial institutions will be considered as an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
