Group IT Infrastructure AdministratorThe role is Office based and reports to ΙΤ Infrastructure Head
Main Responsibilities:- Management, administration & monitoring of the Central HW infrastructure & Servers hosted in the Data Center, on Microsoft Azure Cloud or residing locally on the Sites (availability, backups, performance tuning, upgrades, etc.).
- Management of the Group’s MS 365 platform and working environment (Emails, Office, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, user licenses and access rights, etc.) and monitoring of the relevant user licenses &contract.
- Domain User accounts & email accounts administration (creation, deletion, user privileges, group emails, mailbox sizes, etc.).
- File services, management of user access rights to file services.
- Management of Corporate network (WAN & LAN) and relevant infrastructure: domains, VLANs, switches, access points, etc. Monitors performance & availability, executes upgrades and/or redesigns according to business needs.
- Management of printers via related MPS contract.
- Creates technical specifications for the procurement of IT HW & infrastructure, supports IT Infrastructure Head in technical evaluation of Vendor offers.
- Participates in all IT infrastructure projects at Group-wide span: replacement of PCs, replacement of switches & access points, DR, migration of legacy PACS systems, etc.
- Management & support of End user devices in coordination with end user support team (both in-house and outsourcing): PCs, laptops, printing, admission tablets, queuing systems, speech systems, etc. Provides remote end user support if/when the local (1st level) IT support team is not available.
- On-site end user support of HQ offices: PCs, printing, internet, email, etc.
- Remote end-user support of users in DCs and Clinics whenever necessary.
