As the Airbnb Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Airbnb properties, ensuring that guests have an outstanding experience from booking to check-out. You will manage property maintenance, guest communications, and team coordination while ensuring our listings are operating efficiently and profitably. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organizational, leadership, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure properties are consistently prepared to meet high cleanliness and quality standards.
- Oversee guest communications, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries, check-ins, and any issues during their stay.
- Coordinate with cleaning teams and vendors to schedule turnovers and maintain supplies.
- Monitor property performance metrics, including occupancy rates, reviews, and profitability.
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy, including pricing optimization and marketing initiatives.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues quickly to ensure positive guest experiences and reviews.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
