Junior Area Sales Manager

On a larger scale, PepsiCo produces the world’s largest portfolio of billion-dollar food and beverage brands, including 22 product lines that each generates more than billion in annual retail sales.

Leading their team to meet or exceed company profit targets by:
  • Developing, proposing and implementing sales plans for their assigned territory of accountability / Follow up of Area P&L
  • Managing team target achievement for sales, profitability, market share, KPIs, distribution of new and existent SKU's and promotional activities
  • Training, motivating and monitoring the activities of their team
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with all Customers and Key Internal Stakeholders
  • Liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of plans
  • Continuously supporting and developing their team
Key responsibilities:
  • Organizing and following up on promotional activities the team needs to fulfill
  • Achieving new products and categories distribution targets
  • Achieving targets of productivity indicators
  • Reengineering of territories to achieve route optimization
  • Ensuring perfect execution of Marketing and Trade Marketing calendar by their team
  • Liaising their team with Trade Marketing, Operations and Logistics for all promotional activities
  • Preparation and execution of periodic Sales Meetings
  • Cooperating with HR to recruit, train and develop the team via constructive feedback, career development opportunities and individual development plans

Minimum qualifications / eligibilty criteria:
  • Minimum 4 years experience in sales preferably in a multinational / FMCG environment
  • University Degree ideally in Business Administration / Economics
  • Conversational English
  • MS outlook skills
