Junior Area Sales ManagerOn a larger scale, PepsiCo produces the world’s largest portfolio of billion-dollar food and beverage brands, including 22 product lines that each generates more than billion in annual retail sales.
Leading their team to meet or exceed company profit targets by:
- Developing, proposing and implementing sales plans for their assigned territory of accountability / Follow up of Area P&L
- Managing team target achievement for sales, profitability, market share, KPIs, distribution of new and existent SKU's and promotional activities
- Training, motivating and monitoring the activities of their team
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with all Customers and Key Internal Stakeholders
- Liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of plans
- Continuously supporting and developing their team
Key responsibilities:
- Organizing and following up on promotional activities the team needs to fulfill
- Achieving new products and categories distribution targets
- Achieving targets of productivity indicators
- Reengineering of territories to achieve route optimization
- Ensuring perfect execution of Marketing and Trade Marketing calendar by their team
- Liaising their team with Trade Marketing, Operations and Logistics for all promotional activities
- Preparation and execution of periodic Sales Meetings
- Cooperating with HR to recruit, train and develop the team via constructive feedback, career development opportunities and individual development plans
