As per our recruitment needs, we are looking to recruit an extraverted and organized Marketing Executive to join our exceptional Sales & Marketing team!
Position: Marketing Executive
Job Type: Full-time, seasonal contract
Location: Corfu, Greece
Our Marketing Executive, will be responsible for supporting the sales & marketing department’s initiatives with planning and executing, while assisting with the development of new actions and decisions, aligned with company and client goals. The successful candidate will be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist DOSM in processing and controlling all Marketing expenses
- Coordinate Media Visits, press trips, influencer’s visits, Photo and Filming shoots with the direction of DOSM
- Close communication with all the departments of the hotel, F&B, SPA, Health club, S&M collecting information and needs to produce the relevant content, with the direction of DOSM
- Maintains and updates the content of all the materials, presentations, banners, menus etc according to the positioning of the hotel
- Manage and supervise the development of all collateral and communications/marketing pieces
- Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans
- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
- Maintain close communication with the PR cooperating offices, updating them with the news of the hotel
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics to achieve maximum customer interest
- Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
- Participate in the monthly presentation of the S&M department, updating the Marketing & Communications actions
- Participate in hosting potential clients
- Attend weekly S&M meetings & run any other tasks, as may be needed

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a related role, at a luxury resort or hotel
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential guests and colleagues alike
- A professional, polished appearance and demeanor in line with 5-star standards
