Reservation Agent to become an integral part of our team.
This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests from the moment they plan their visit.
Responsibilities:
- Manage reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms, providing prompt and courteous service.
- Collaborate with the front office and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations with attention to detail.
- Offer personalized service by understanding guest preferences and requirements.
- Contribute to achieving the company's financial goals by optimizing booking strategies and occupancy rates.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with reservation software and proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure, handle stressful situations, and adapt to changing environments
- Detail-oriented with a passion for providing guests with an exceptional booking experience
