The hotel offers 62 exclusive suites and operates year-round, providing an exceptional experience to discerning guests. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring the hotel maintains its high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Position Overview: The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel operations, particularly in Room Divisions, and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role reports directly to the Hotelier and plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall guest experience and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage and coordinate daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments function efficiently and effectively.
- Guest Experience Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or feedback.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Training and Development: Design and conduct training programs to ensure staff proficiency in hotel policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Budget and Financial Management: Assist in the preparation and management of departmental budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on operational performance, guest feedback, and financial metrics to the Hotelier.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in hotel operations management, with a strong background in Room Divisions.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is essential.
