ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, an innovative digital real estate platform, is looking for a Back office - Operations Officer.

📌 Location: Athens

📍 Working Model: hybrid

🖋️You will be reporting to: Head of Operations

What you will do:

As a Back office-Operations Officer you will play a crucial role in assisting the platform's Relationship Managers with the implementation of customer service requests, acting as a coordinator between Relationship Managers and the network of expert collaborators assigned to perform tasks, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of services.

More specifically:

  • Coordinate the assignment of activities based on platform policies and guidelines, ensuring alignment with customer needs and priorities.
  • Monitor SLAs for each activity and escalate any deviations or delays to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
  • Review the final product of each activity before sharing it with Relationship Managers and customers, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
  • Follow up on planning, progress, and results, providing regular updates to Relationship Managers and customers as needed.
  • Represent customers when required, ensuring their interests are protected and negotiating on their behalf if necessary.
  • Take responsibility for property preparation before publication onto the platform, ensuring accurate and attractive listings that meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in back-office support or administrative roles, preferably in real estate or financial services.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
  • Knowledge of e-auction processes and property management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
