SEKA bunkering station S.A, with a continuous presence of half a century as an independent
physical supplier in the market of bunkering for marine fuels, is seeking to
recruit an Executive Administrative Assistant.
Location: Piraeus
The ideal candidate will provide top-level
assistance for high level executive. He/she should be comfortable scheduling
meetings and responding to emails and phone calls on the executive's behalf.
Lastly, this individual should be well-organized, detail-oriented, with the
ability to multi-task and great follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to other members of the
CEO’s office team
- Balance conflicting priorities to manage workflow, ensure the
completion of essential projects and meet critical deadlines
- Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and
professionally
- Carry out special administrative duties such as preparing and
processing expense reports, create spreadsheets, presentations
- Calendar management and travel & accommodation arrangements
- Organize documents and reports. Devise and maintain computer
based office systems, including data management and filing
- Manage correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of working experience in a similar position, in
administrative role
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Effective shorthand skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in
Greek and English
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information with
discretion
- Ability to work in high intensity, fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative
coordination, conflicting demands and prioritize tasks and workload
