As a Client Support Representative your main responsibilities are:

• providing exceptional customer service to clients' requests in timely and professional manner via phone, emails

The Client Support Representative we are looking for should have:

• excellent knowledge of Softone ERP system
• excellent knowledge in English (written and oral)
• very good communication and interpersonal skills
• outstanding customer service approach
