The responsibilities of the Field Sales Developer will include:

• account management and development 
• market and competition analysis
• maintaining close contact with the distributor sales teams
• visiting daily the stores of the assigned area of responsibility 
• monitoring brand performance
• reporting according to the company's KPIs
• providing feedback and updates to the Field Sales Manager

The ideal Field Sales Developer should possess the following:

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales role 
• University Degree
• Fluency in English 
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Driver's licence
• Strong communication & negotiations skills
• Organizational skills
• Results-oriented
• Team Spirit
• Customer-oriented attitude
