Front Office Agent

Role Overview
The Front Office Agent welcomes guests and always provides administrative
assistance. They work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort,
delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution
Key duties and responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs and
expectations are met or exceeded throughout their stay
- Greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in, and providing them with
necessary information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Anticipating guest needs and offering personalized recommendations, services,
and solutions to enhance their experience
- Handling guest complaints, concerns, or special requests promptly and
professionally, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction
- Communicating effectively with other hotel departments, ensuring that guest
preferences and requests are communicated and met efficiently
- Coordinating with the concierge, housekeeping, and other hotel teams to ensure
seamless service delivery and a memorable guest experience
- Ensuring that guest rooms and common areas meet cleanliness and service
standards before guest arrival
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the hotel’s services, facilities, and
promotions to provide accurate and relevant information to guests
- Supporting the front desk and reservations teams by assisting with check-out,
billing issues, and providing additional services as needed
Requirements
- 2 years’ working experience in a similar role in the 5-star hotels or high-volume
venues
- Degree in Hospitality / Tourism or in a relevant field
- Three or more years working experience in a similar role in the 5-star hotels or
high-volume venues
- Excellent knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be
considered an asset
- Proficient knowledge of PMS (preferably Fidelio or Opera) and the Microsoft
Office
- Excellent communication and complain handling skills
