- Implement the company’s commercial policies
- Grow sales within your assigned region by supporting the existing client base and identifying new customers
- Participate in trade shows and exhibitions
- Contribute to sales target setting, monitor performance, and provide detailed reporting
- Utilize CRM software for reporting
- Monitor customer business activities
The Regional Sales Manager must possess the following:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international B2B sales
- Experience in electrical equipment, heating & cooling systems, white & black appliances, is highly valued
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to travel (at least 30% of the time)
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience in BI software and Data Analytics is considered a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and create reports
- Team player with a collaborative spirit
