A Technical Advisor role means:
- Engaging and reactivating existing clients in the database
- Identifying, actively pursuing and opening new client accounts with a hunter mentality
- Focusing on building and maintaining strong client relationships providing them technical knowledge and support as needed
- Demonstrating the products for specific applications showing solutions to clients’ challenges and helping them to achieve their plant goals
- Staying up to date on industry trends and product developments
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
