Jobistas is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a company specialized in industrial lubrication through the development and manufacture of high-performance lubricants, coatings, cleaners and hardware for the B2B market with over 40 years of experience and operations in more than 50 countries, servicing over 100.000 clients in all kinds of industries, a Sales Engineer - Technical Advisor based in Thessaloniki to drive business growth in the industrial sector of Northern Greece.

A Technical Advisor role means:

  • Engaging and reactivating existing clients in the database
  • Identifying, actively pursuing and opening new client accounts with a hunter mentality
  • Focusing on building and maintaining strong client relationships providing them technical knowledge and support as needed
  • Demonstrating the products for specific applications showing solutions to clients’ challenges and helping them to achieve their plant goals
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and product developments
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

What we require from you:

  • At a minimum, a diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or a technical background as a mechanical technician, engineer, and/or practical experience selling technical products
  • Proven experience, at least 5 years, in a B2B sales environment, preferably in technical consumables for non-food industries
  • A strong personality with a high degree of self-motivation, driven by achieving sales targets and interest in ongoing training
  • Excellent prospecting skills to open new client accounts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
