The role
This is a full-time on-site role as an IT Business Analyst at Alumil located in Efkarpia. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements of Alumil Group, identifying business processes, and leveraging information technology to optimize operations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and document requirements, develop functional specifications, and ensure smooth project implementation.
About you
As a Business Analyst, you have a great set of analytical skills that dive deep in your "clients" needs, configuring the relative actions that need to be taken. Your main focus at the moment is in implementing an ERP transition, together with the rest of the team. Your daily routine is rigorous but ever challenging! Time and reviewing the user needs are your main challenges to successfully implement the project.
Your impact
You are responsible for bridging the gap between IT and business functions, by helping the company take more informed and strategic steps that will improve its core business. As a Business Analyst you are there to identify any weaknesses the company might have and try to minimize them by heading relative projects. You are the starting point of evolution!
Requirements
- Bachelor in IT/Business Administration
- MSc in MBA or Project Management will be a plus
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Excellent English
- Knowledge of SAP would be highly appreciated (or other ERP)
- Knowledge of SQL databases
- Knowledge of WMS, CRM, BI will be a plus
- A great communicator with attention to detail, adaptability, problem solver
- Ability to work under pressure
