Our client, a renowned boutique hotel in Paros with 41 elegantly designed suites, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Hotel Operations Manager to lead daily operations and drive success across all departments.

This is a year-round position, requiring on-site presence in Paros during the operational months and working from Athens during the off-season. The Role:
Operations Management:
- Act as a hands-on leader, spending time on the floor to ensure smooth daily operations and exemplary guest experiences
- Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments, ensuring efficiency and consistency
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s philosophy and standards
- Conduct and lead daily operational meetings with department heads, reviewing performance, addressing challenges, and setting goals
- Anticipate and promptly resolve any operational challenges or guest-related issues
Guest Satisfaction:
- Be the face of the hotel, building strong relationships with guests to create memorable, customized experiences
- Address and resolve guest complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring positive outcomes
- Monitor and enhance all aspects of the guest journey, from pre-arrival to post-departure
Team Leadership & Training:
- Inspire, mentor, and guide all department heads and staff, promoting collaboration and excellence
- Conduct on-the-job training and continuous professional development for the team
- Ensure team members understand and uphold the hotel’s philosophy, values, and operational standards
- Provide regular performance feedback, conduct appraisals, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork
Financial Oversight:
- Achieve financial objectives by controlling costs, optimizing revenue, and managing departmental budgets
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on financial, operational, and guest satisfaction metrics to the owners
- Oversee forecasting, procurement, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and operational efficiency
Food & Beverage Management:
- Leverage your F&B background to oversee and support the F&B team, ensuring excellence in service, menu design, and overall guest satisfaction
- Work closely with the kitchen and restaurant HOD’s to uphold quality, sustainability, and creativity
Sustainability & Brand Alignment:
- Ensure that all operations align with the hotel’s commitment to sustainability and its ethos of blending luxury with nature
- Actively seek opportunities to incorporate sustainable practices into daily operations
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality, and ambiance
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback on platforms like TripAdvisor, Google, and OTA reviews, implementing improvements as needed
Strategic Planning & Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary liaison between owners and department heads, facilitating smooth communication and alignment on goals
- Collaborate with upper management to develop and execute strategies to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction

- Proven experience in Hotel Operations Management, preferably in boutique or luxury properties
- A hands-on approach, with the ability to lead by example and engage directly with both guests and team members
- Strong F&B knowledge and experience, with a track record of driving excellence in food and beverage services
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward shared goals
- A results-driven mindset, focused on achieving financial, operational, and guest satisfaction targets
- Ability to develop and implement SOPs, manage reporting, and ensure operational efficiency
