EUROFAST is seeking for a candidate to support their team for the following position: Front Desk Administrator.
Job description:
- Answer incoming
telephone calls, identify caller needs, and direct them to the appropriate
personnel or department.
- Greet visitors, guests, and members in a
professional manner, determining the purpose of their visit and guiding them
accordingly.
- Escort or direct visitors to designated areas, such as meeting
rooms or waiting areas.
- Update client information and maintain the company’s
database with accuracy.
- Conduct internet research and compile reports based
on findings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting,
distributing, and preparing mail, messages, and courier deliveries.
- Schedule
appointments, manage calendars, and provide timely reminders to relevant
personnel.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of company property and
office supplies.
- Prepare and print documents, including reports, memos, mail,
and informational sheets.
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and
well-stocked with necessary materials, such as stationery, forms, and brochures.
- Perform basic clerical tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing office
documents.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, coordination team, and
HR as needed.
