Περιγραφή

Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced officer to manage the front desk in our manufacturing plant in Larissa, operate the call center and perform a variety of administrative and daily tasks.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage call center
  • Provide basic and accurate information
  • Greet and welcome guests, and direct them to the appropriate person and office
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Schedule meetings and organize events
  • Monitor supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Perform other administrative duties such as filing, archiving

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of ERP is considered a plus
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • University degree is a plus
