Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced officer to manage the
front desk in our manufacturing plant in Larissa, operate the call center and
perform a variety of administrative and daily tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage
call center
- Provide
basic and accurate information
- Greet
and welcome guests, and direct them to the appropriate person and office
- Receive,
sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Prepare
outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Schedule
meetings and organize events
- Monitor
supplies and place orders when necessary
- Perform
other administrative duties such as filing, archiving
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven
work experience as a Receptionist or Administrative role
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of ERP is considered a plus
- Proficient
in English (oral and written)
- Hands-on
experience with office equipment
- Strong
communication skills
- Excellent
organizational skills
- Multitasking
and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- University
degree is a plus
