ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a Leading Global Technological Company, is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead the e-store team.

E-Commerce Manager (5860/ECM/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive eCommerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Responsible for analyzing and optimizing performance metrics across sales, digital marketing, and operations to drive continuous growth.
• Enhance the customer journey by identifying pain points, understanding customer behavior, and collaborating with internal and external teams to improve the overall shopping experience.
• Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships by working closely with internal teams, regional offices, headquarters, and external partners to ensure seamless operations and optimal service quality.
• Lead and develop a high-performing eCommerce team by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

• Proven experience in a senior eCommerce role with hands-on approach.
• Extensive experience in performance marketing and data-driven growth strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, aiming to achieve business goals.
• Analytical mindset and excellent business acumen with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English.
