For our IKEA AIRPORT Store, we are looking for
Floor Sales Manager (SALES COORD_0924)
Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible and accountable for all shopkeepers reporting to you
- Achieving the sales & profitability budget set by the Sales Manager for the departments of your responsibility
- Steering towards maximizing all commercial KPIs of the departments of your responsibility
- Ensuring the best possible customer service having customers in focus as your first priority
- Controlling, steering and following up all operating costs and P&L elements related to your areas of responsibility
- Knowing your local market potential and ensure your store is locally relevant
- Selecting, developing and maintaining a motivated team capable of producing the agreed objectives and implementing the actions agreed to improve improve the 4-axis index of the Engagement Survey (Safety-Meritocracy-Respect-Development). 4 axis index.
- Securing that each area you are responsible for, is properly staffed with trained and qualified co-workers during all opening hours
Qualifications and Competences Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position
- Good people management skills and team-oriented personality
- Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem-solving skills
- Commercial Thinking
- Customer Focus
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and numerical abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
- Very good command of the Greek & English language
- Good knowledge of Ms Office
Qualifications considered as an asset:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Navision
- Post Graduate degree in Management
