Candidate Profile:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in pastry arts is preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Ensuring quality, taste, and presentation are maintained
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to plan and execute dessert menus for events and daily operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques and flavor profiles into dessert offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station and kitchen equipment
- Assist with special dietary requests or customization for desserts when necessary
