Reservations Job Description:
- Process and Confirm B2B and B2C Reservations via email and on web platforms
- Create and Customize Travel Plan Itineraries
- Enter Data on System of Reservations
- Process and Curate the Reservations in collaboration with Operations
- Collaborate with team members and suppliers reassuring excellency during execution of reservation
- Manage last minute changes and updates
- Manage calls from partners and clients and respond to any queries
- Follow up with clients upon reservation completion
Skills & Experience We Look for:
- Minimum 2 Years Experience in same/ relative position
- Fluent English both spoken and written
- Excellent Computer Literacy on MS Office
- Excellent use of the Internet
- Customer Service Experience
