Diamond Collection Hotels wishes to recruit for Season 2025.

• Preparation of recipes, according to the menu and the Chef's instructions
• Monitoring stocks and ordering goods
• Checking expiry dates and timely use of products
• Optimizing cooking process with attention to quality and cost
• Training and coordination of the team in the kitchen
• Continuous application of health and safety standards
• Maintaining a clean uniform, neat appearance and personal hygiene
• Working with the kitchen team, maintaining a smooth and friendly atmosphere

Essential Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and friendly personality
• Relevant restaurant experience ideally in a hotel environment
• Degree/diploma in culinary school
• Ability to communicate and manage a team
• At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar position in 5* hotels
• Knowledge of modern preparation techniques
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP procedures
