Promoters’ Supervisor (code: S- 722/76318)

(Greece & Middle East Countries)

Job Description

·         Supports, encourages, motivates and leads the allocated Brand Ambassador (BA) sales force team in Middle East countries to ensure ‘World Class’ performance with maximum sales and contacts results in

·         Being key point of contact for BA sales force (support, questions, issues)

·         Being fully aware of the targets and KPI’s the team has to achieve and able to communicate them effectively

·         Prepares weekly schedule and handling of Annual Leave

·         Sets challenging goals in coordination with the Regional Sales Force Supervisor (in line with the Regions KPIs)

·         Monitors and evaluates of BAs performance

·         Coaches and develops BAs on selling, communication, reporting and other development areas to improve KPI achievement

·         Collects in store/market insights and intelligence (ITG, competition, other categories)

·         Monthly check of Bonus achieved per BA

·         Prepares regular reports requested by Regional Sales Force Supervisor

·         Ensures all required reporting and information is passed to the relevant contacts within given deadlines

Candidate Profile

·         AEI/TEI/College degree is a must

·         Fluency in English language (both written and verbal communication)

·         Sales or customer service previous experience are considered as an asset

·         Valid passport and willingness to travel abroad (approximately 70% of working time)

·         Drive for results and ability to be proactive

·         Responsive, cool and calm under pressure and problem solving

·         Communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

·         Collaborative, teamwork

·         People management and develop self and others

·         PC literacy

·       Completed military service (male)
