As a Sales Manager Home Care, your responsibilities will include:  

• Manage and grow the client portfolio in the Home Care sector across Greece and international markets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company’s partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and efficient sourcing.
• Analyze market trends and competition, adjusting strategies to maximize opportunities.
• Travel for business development, strengthening relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with the product development team to create market-driven solutions.
• Contribute to business strategy, optimizing processes and enhancing overall performance.
• Drive sales growth and profitability, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales policies.

The ideal candidate for the position of the Sales Manager Home Care, will be expected to possess the following: 

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or Agricultural Sciences.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent in English (Proficiency level), with additional languages such as French, Italian, or German being a plus.
• Previous experience in the home care industry (highly desirable).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong ambition for career growth and professional development.

At least 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the home care or chemicals industry.
