Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to join our close-knit team at UWORC. In this hands-on role, you’ll be directly involved in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and shaping our business development strategy. You’ll also have the chance to integrate your HR expertise, ensuring our solutions align with industry best practices and HR policies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is eager to take initiative, and is passionate about making an impact. Additionally, being a friend of technology is essential, as you'll leverage our tailor-made platform for CRM and ATS, communication tools like Slack, Zoho Mail for email management, and Canva for creative assets.

The Role:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Develop and implement effective growth strategies, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client workforce needs and collaborate with the team to deliver tailored HR solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage their expectations from start to finish.
  • Work closely with the HR team to integrate HR policies into our business development efforts.
  • Ensure that business strategies and client solutions are fully compliant with relevant HR regulations.
  • Stay up to date with HR trends, regulations, and best practices to advise clients effectively.
  • Work alongside a small, dynamic team where your ideas and initiatives are valued.
  • Contribute to the development of new strategies, processes, and products.
  • Help shape the direction of the company with your innovative insights and ideas.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or HR-related roles.
  • Proven ability to drive business growth and build strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and how to integrate them into business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Fluent in Greek and English. 
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, ATS tools, Slack, Zoho Mail, and Canva (or similar tools).
