Junior Cleaning Assistant (Embassy of European Country )

Job Description

• Make sure that the interior of the house is clean and well-maintained at all times
• Make sure the terraces in the garden are clean
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure that all supplies needed for events are delivered on time
• Ensure that all foodservice operations run smoothly during events
• Coordinate with staff members to ensure that all events run smoothly from start to finish
• Maintain inventory of all furnishings and equipment in the house and notifies his/her employer when repairs or replacements are needed
• Supervise maintenance staff (external) to ensure that the house is well- kept at all times
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding healthy and safety and be aware of any organization- related practices

Candidate profiles

• Proven experience as cleaner or housekeeper
• Ability to work with the little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer oriented and friendly
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Knowledge of English language
