Payroll Administrator

Your duties include:
- Keep accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital environment), new hire registrations
- Handle tasks related to scheduling, timekeeping and attendance via Ergani and our HR system Pylon
- Handle admin related tasks regarding payroll
- Liaise with our external provider regarding payroll related and administration issues
- Assist on the preparation of reports for upper management, finance department etc.
- Other related duties as may assigned and be reasonably requested
What to bring:
- Previous working experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar field for at least 1 year
- BSc/BA in accounting/business administration or similar relevant field will be considered an asset
- General knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
- Great attention to detail and confidentiality
- A strong organizational and planning talent with outstanding ability to solve problems independently
- Very good communication skills and customer orientation
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent PC Literacy (Emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint)
