ICAP EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS, on behalf of its client, for a major electricity provider, is hiring individuals for the position of Sales Support and Operations Agent.
Responsibilities:
- Handles pending contract tasks unrelated to direct sales, such as procedural matters (e.g., updates, documentation, declarations, meter readings, etc.).
- Communicates with pending task lists to alleviate the workload of sales agents and maintain the team’s productivity.
- Provides updates on changes from the billing department and manages daily tasks unrelated to new sales.
- Manages Voice Orders for completed contracts, ensuring timely communication to finalize sales.
- Processes customer-specific administrative requests (e.g., product changes) to streamline operations.
- Handles incoming calls with prioritization over sales agents, focusing on inquiries related to contract progress, support referrals, and efficient call redirection to minimize delays and optimize team workflow.
- Participates in company’s trainings
Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree would be an asset.
- Computer literate (MS Office, Internet).
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Knowledge of an other language will be an asset
- Communication skills both oral and written.
