Bar Manager

Key responsibilities:
- Manage all the Beverage outlets and the day-to-day operations
- Ensure implementation of brand standards from all employees in charge
- Inspect and coordinate all the Department for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, health and safety standards, staff and hospitality culture
- Manage and motivate the teams in order to improve sales and quality
- Monitor level of customer service by analyzing Guest Satisfaction
- Maintain effective communication with all related departments
- Ensure all employees adhere to company grooming standards
- Lead by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
- Ensure Bar orders are in place and enough stock in all outlets
- Execute Bar inventory
- Design Bar menus and signature cocktails making as well as training
- Good wine knowledge
- Coffee art making
- Reporting to Food & Beverage Manager
Best candidate’s profile:
- Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a comparable position in luxury hotel operations
- Computer Literacy
- Fluency in Greek and English an extra language would be a plus
- Prior LHW experience, in a similar position would be considered an asset
- Hands-on leader
- Dedication and willingness to go above and beyond.
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
