Responsibilities
- Oversee all room service operations, ensuring adherence to hotel standards and protocols.
- Manage the room service team, providing training and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with kitchen employees to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain high food quality standards.
- Handle guest complaints and queries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory of food and beverages and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement room service menus.
