As a Product Manager in this role, your responsibilities will include:  

• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research.
• Driving a solution through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
• Working with sales director to develop product sales strategies.
• Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
• Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses.
• Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules.
• Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing production and sales costs, anticipating volume, costing special and customized orders.
• Set and monitor Sales Target with HQ and check Progress & accuracy.
• Monitor sales progress, take actions to overcome monthly issues, set promotions to support sell out.
• Set Moving Plan based on Consensus Forecast & Top down analysis.
• Monthly Consensus Forecast
• Set the profitability direction, target and guide.
• Manage & Analyze P&L by model & channel and define improvement activities.
• Monitor the company's in-store display racks by customer (in cooperation with marketing and sales)
• Define marketing budget with HQ (local & Strategic) and Control MKT activities and costs.
• Manage GTMM, PR, marketing/Academy samples & displays.
• Set PRM with HQ and NPI implementation plan.
• Benchmark with competitors' model.
• Set product Price considering profitability and market price positioning.
• Monthly profit simulation, PnL analysis.
• Set Price List and extra DC management.
• Control Monthly Sales Programs.
• Manage product EOL/NPI system validation.
• Align Business unit strategy with Sales Head by GBU, NPI and strategic products.
• Prepare Reports regarding business strategy and Action Plan.
• Monitor and Report Inventory KPI and set action plans (LT, DIO, NGSI, etc).
• Monitor Channel inventory through Customers PSI level.
• Review SKUs performance and take actions if needed.

The ideal candidate for the position of Product Manager will be expected to possess the following:

• A university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Finance.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in both oral and written English.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• A solid understanding of marketing principles.
• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and ownership abilities.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• A passion for tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions.
• A collaborative team player.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and customers.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
