Are you a passionate and experienced Night Shift Chat Agent looking for a new challenge in the hospitality industry?
Join our dynamic team at Domes Resorts and be responsible for providing prompt and professional assistance to customers during evening and overnight hours. The role also handles inquiries about products, services, reservations, and promotions, resolves complaints, and ensures customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving. This role requires strong written communication skills, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and empathy.
The main responsibilities include:
Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information regarding our hotels, services, facilities, events and promotions.
- Assist customers in making reservations, cancellations, and modifications, adhering to our reservation policies and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to customers regarding any queries they might have prior to their arrival.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Utilize chat software and systems effectively to maintain records of customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation.
Collaborate with other departments:
- Collaborate with other departments, such as reservations and front office teams, to address customer needs and requests.
- Enhancing Customer Experience and Driving Revenue
- Upsell and cross-sell our services and amenities to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, promotions, and competitive offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and engagement through personalized and empathetic interactions.
