Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, in the sports industry, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position in Athens:

                                                       Brand Communications & Sports Marketing Activation

Job Description:

• Execute performance (sports) category campaigns & projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with Sports Marketing to integrate athletes and clubs into campaigns.
• Ensure strong on - and off - field visibility for athletes/clubs.
• Plan and oversee impactful partner content, focusing on athletes/clubs.
• Monitor athlete/club social media, ensuring brand alignment and contract compliance.
• Activate and engage Running communities.
• Track competitor activities and recommend actions.
• Utilize global/European reporting tools to link brand performance with commercial KPIs.
• Maintain consistent brand presence through local and global content across platforms.
• Analyze key campaign performance and provide insights.
• Support media relations and marketing activations for commercial impact.
• Manage agencies from briefing to execution and reporting.

Candidate Profile:

• University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience working in a similar Marketing role and/or Communication.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
