Webhelp Hellas, is looking to recruit, French Customer Solution Advisors, for a part time job,to join a growing international Customer Care Team based in Athens.

Customer Solution Advisor is responsible for delivering an excellent service to all customers by answering telephones, providing customer information, handling transactions, managing customer access, and dealing with customer complaints.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding to existing clients and handle any inbound enquiries
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues your clients need assistance with
  •  Keep in regular contact with clients to ensure their satisfaction
  • Ensure that incoming telephone calls are answered in a professional and timely manner and transferred, where appropriate, to the relevant department.
  • Manage and protect customer information, including sensitive financial information, in accordance with relevant legislation.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the facility

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal Customer Solution Advisor will hold the following skills and experiences: 

  • Fluent in French and English language to a very high level, both spoken and written
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Account management experience preferred but not required
  • Passionate, driven and disciplined
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Evidence of achieving results and making a difference to customers
  • Ability to deal with customers and their queries and concerns with tact and sensitivity
  • Ability to deliver a high quality service
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
