Product Manager OTC / Consumer Healthcare (5898/PMC/ESS/GR)
Role Overview:
This is a role for a passionate and results-driven Product Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for the company’s OTC portfolio, a trusted range of healthcare solutions available directly to consumers through pharmacies.
As part of the Consumer Healthcare Division, you will be responsible for developing and activating 360° brand plans that engage healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and consumers, while maximizing business impact and market growth.
We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, creative flair with analytical skills, and a collaborative spirit with a proactive mindset.
Main Responsibilities:
- Own and grow the OTC product portfolio, developing strategic marketing plans with strong focus on both HCP and consumer engagement.
- Design and execute integrated campaigns across ATL (TV, radio), BTL (in-store, events), and digital channels, tailored to each audience segment.
- Collaborate with HCPs (doctors, KOLs) to ensure scientific accuracy and relevance in brand messaging.
- Strengthen presence in the pharmacy channel, building relationships with pharmacists and activating POS visibility and sell-out initiatives.
- Lead consumer-facing communication, ensuring impactful presence in mass media and digital platforms that drive awareness and preference.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights and competition to optimize forecasting, pricing, and positioning.
- Develop and manage promotional materials, educational tools and detailing content in collaboration with medical, regulatory and sales teams.
- Monitor performance and budget, ensuring marketing activities are aligned with compliance and ethical standards.
