We are seeking a full-time Operations Assistant to join our team in Piraeus. This dynamic role involves close collaboration with the training, crew, and commercial departments, reporting directly to the Operation Manager and Chief Operations Officer.

• Day to day organization and monitoring of the operations
• Evaluation and reporting of operations
• Coordination with agents and providers
• Keeping record of a specific KPIs on a daily/weekly basis
• Combing information from various sources
• Ability to work 24/7 rotating shifts

• Bachelor degree in Shipping or similar field
• Working experience in Maritime services or Shipping, will be considered an asset
• Fluency in English (both written and oral)
• Computer literacy
• Excellent proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
• Team player
• Ability to operate in fast paced and high stress situations
