ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of an NGO, is looking for a Junior Professional to be employed as a Capital Administrator for the region of Attica, initially for 6 months. The workplace location will be based in Athens, with frequent travels to Malakasa.
Job Description
Main responsibilities include:
• Control the new expenses during the month for each budget and each budget line;
• Provide the information required for preparing new budgets;
• Check the payment of rental contract terms;
• Write bank transactions in the bank ledger;
• Control cash ledgers and carry out physical inventories;
• Enter expenses in the accounting software;
• Update the database on staff;
• Prepare employment contracts
