Payroll Officer

LMW HR Group is a leading human resources consulting firm committed to providing top-notch HR solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Payroll Officer to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Execute new hires & termination for leavers (Ergani/ YEKA)
• Execute contract modifications & upload monthly work schedules (Ergani/ YEKA)
• Participate in the payroll process (payroll calculations, computations, issuance of pay slips, etc)
• Ensure compliance with public authorities regarding labor law requirements
• Manage internal requirements considering questions related to Insurance and Labour Law
• Keeping updated record files

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of Payroll Systems and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc)
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Communication & organizational skills
• Dynamic and pleasant personality with team spirit
