Responsibilities:
- Execute new hires & termination for leavers (Ergani/ YEKA)
- Execute contract modifications & upload monthly work schedules (Ergani/ YEKA)
- Participate in the payroll process (payroll calculations, computations, issuance of pay slips, etc)
- Ensure compliance with public authorities regarding labor law requirements
- Manage internal requirements considering questions related to Insurance and Labour Law
- Keeping updated record files
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of Payroll Systems and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Communication & organizational skills
- Dynamic and pleasant personality with team spirit
